Delivery

Items are dispatched within a period of 3-5 days from the order placement date, excluding weekends. Orders are accepted until 7:00 PM. Delivery takes 1-3 days, depending on the destination.

Delivery to “Nova Poshta” Warehouse in Your City (Ukraine)

The package is delivered to the pickup point of the “Nova Poshta” company in your city. To receive it, you need to present your passport and provide the cargo declaration number (our manager provides this after dispatch). The parcel must be collected within a few days from the cargo arrival date. If this period exceeds and the parcel is not collected, “Nova Poshta” applies an additional storage fee (conditions are specified on the company’s website). The delivery period is 3-5 days from the order readiness date.

Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta

You can order our products to any point in the country, selecting convenient and fast delivery through Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, even to the remotest corners of the country. In this case, we only operate on a full prepayment basis. The delivery timeframe for your order depends on the availability of the chosen product in stock. You can see the estimated receipt date during the order processing and also confirm it with our managers. Rest assured, you will receive the product when needed.

When receiving an order by mail, please carefully inspect its contents and condition at the time of receipt.
