Terms of Return and Exchange

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the customer receives the product.

The return shipping of goods is carried out by mutual agreement.

Electrical items are not subject to return, and oversized packages are paid for by the buyer.

According to the “Consumer Rights Protection Act,” the company reserves the right to refuse the consumer’s request for exchange or return of goods of proper quality if they belong to categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
